Small on purpose

Six dancers. No exceptions.

Tap is all about hearing yourself, and that's easier in a small room. With six dancers, your teacher can hear every sound and help you fix it right away. Once the spots fill, registration closes.

What you'll learn

Learn it together, one beat at a time

You start on day one with the same five dancers and build every week as a group. By week 12, you'll be tapping in rhythm with people who started right where you did.

  1. 1

    Find your sounds

Learn the key tap sounds and steps, like heel drops and scuffs, side by side with your group, and start stringing them into simple rhythms.

  2. &

    Play with syncopation

Shift the accents and land between the beats. Hearing six sets of taps click into the same rhythm is half the fun.

  3. 2

    Keep going together

After week 12, your group can move into tap classes already on our schedule, so the rhythm you built keeps growing.
