Barre

Targeting posture, strength, and alignment, this dance-inspired workout is designed to sculpt long lean muscles and improve overall flexibility. You are sure to come out standing taller and feeling energized. Joy will be found at the barre.

Tuesdays, 7:00-7:50 PM and Wednesdays, 6:00-6:50 PM

Barrelates

Challenge your coordination, flexibility, and endurance with this mixture of a traditional Barre class with a Pilates twist! Your body will have suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, play, and work. First position is now your Pilates Stance!

Flexibility & Mobility

Designed to increase the flexibility and mobility you need to move freely through your life, we will work together to gradually loosen, lengthen and strengthen tight and tired joints and muscles that keep you from moving with ease. You will come out of this class feeling restored both physically and mentally.

Dancing is a fantastic and fun way to get an all-body workout. Cardio & Sculpt Dance Workout is a whole body workout and not only is it good for your heart, but it also makes you stronger. With simple simple yet fun steps the Cardio & Sculpt Dance Workout will help you relieve stress, boost your confidence and feel healthy.

Dance & Strength, Low Impact

Designed for those who prefer gentler movement. Great for older adults, injury recovery, prenatal, those just getting back into moving. This Low Impact Dance & Strength Class will get you moving with a sensible warmup and modern mix of movements. Low impact! Cardio workout! Muscle toning! All ages welcome.
