Upcoming Routines: The word “Variation” in ballet vocabulary means that the dancers will learn a version of the actual choreography from a classical ballet, vs a combination of the teacher’s making. It is a way for dancers to follow in the footsteps of skilled professionals, learn from world renowned master choreographers as well as study the story depicted in an actual ballet. Variations practice is a crucial part of any sophisticated ballet program and our dancers at The Dance Barre deserve the best training! 

Requirements: Must attend rehearsals. In order to be warmed up, must attend Flexibility and Mobility class or Advanced Ballet class directly before rehearsal. 

Rehearsals:

All performers: Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 PM, starting January 24th. Sign-ups for additional independent practice times will be available.

Performance Dates: Spring Showcase on May 4th, with other performances to be announced.

Cost: Enrollment is $250 per person. Costume and performance fees apply.
