Our memberships and class options are built to be easy to understand and flexible to use. All memberships follow a 28-day billing cycle, aligned with our four-week class calendar.

Premium Membership is our core offering. It provides full access to weekly classes, workshops, and programs for dancers who attend regularly. Class passes and specialty programs are also available for dancers who prefer a different level of commitment.

    The best way to experience everything The Dance Barre offers. Experience unlimited access to all weekly classes for 30 days.

    • Unlimited access to all weekly classes

    Workshops and programs are announced throughout the year. We guarantee at least four Workshops and two Small Group Series annually. Continuing Programs rotate seasonally and are announced as registration opens.

Ballet Progression

  • $185 / 28 days × 3 payments per phase, or $555 paid in full each phase
    A two-part journey designed for adults beginning or returning to ballet. Start with Ballet 101, a 12-week foundation phase focused on technique, strength, and confidence. Continue seamlessly into Ballet 201, where artistry and refinement take center stage.

    Each Phase Includes:

    • Structured, progressive training with clear, achievable goals

    • Unlimited access to all general classes throughout your enrollment

    • Automatic continuation into Ballet 201 unless you choose to opt out after Ballet 101

    • Processing and service fees apply

    Perfect For:
    Adults ready to build skill, strength, and artistry in a welcoming, adult-only environment.

  • All prices shown exclude processing and service fees.

  • Memberships bill every 28 days, aligned with our 4-week class calendar.

  • Workshops and programs are announced seasonally; schedules and instructors are subject to change.

  • Premium Members receive exclusive pricing and benefits as long as their membership remains active without interruption.

  • Class passes never expire.

  • Early-bird pricing is offered occasionally for select programs; details are announced prior to each session.

  • All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Credits are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@dancebarrebcs.com with questions.

  • Age policy: All classes are open to ages 16+, unless they are specifically marked 18+.

General + Billing

  • Memberships renew every 28 days (every four weeks), aligning payments with our 4-week class calendar. This keeps billing consistent, fair, and easy to track.

  • No. Memberships are flexible and can be paused or canceled in 28-day increments.

  • Prices shown do not include processing or service fees. These are applied at checkout in Recess.

  • All payments are final once processed. We do not issue refunds. If something unexpected comes up, reach out to us at hello@dancebarrebcs.com — credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Options

  • Unlimited weekly classes, free Workshops and Summer Series, 25% off Small Group Series, eligibility for Continuing Programs, and discounted Private Lessons. No contracts or registration fees.

  • Yes. Your Intro Month automatically converts to Premium after 30 days unless canceled by Day 23.

  • Yes. You can pause in 28-day increments or cancel anytime by emailing hello@dancebarrebcs.com at least seven days before your next billing date.

  • If your membership lapses and you rejoin, you’ll resume at the current public rate, not the previous Forever Rate.

Flexible Access

  • No. Class Passes never expire and can be used for any weekly class.

  • Yes. Single-class Drop-Ins are $20 per class and can be used for any weekly class.

Private Lessons

  • Private Lessons are open to everyone — members and guests. Premium Members receive discounted rates.

  • Private Lessons are designed for one dancer at a time to ensure personalized instruction. Semi-private options may occasionally be offered through Workshops or Small Group Series.

  • You can book through the instructor or email hello@dancebarrebcs.com for instructor availability.

Programs + Workshops

  • Single-session experiences that focus on a specific technique or theme. Premium Members attend free of charge.

  • A four-week intensive limited to six participants. Includes one private lesson for individualized coaching. Premium Members save 25%.

  • An eight-week seasonal program featuring rotating styles such as Belly Dance, Burlesque, and Vertical Pole. Premium Members attend free and receive 10% off when registering for multiple series in one season.

Ballet Progression

  • The Journey includes two 12-week phases — Ballet 101 and Ballet 202. You’ll be automatically enrolled in Ballet 202 unless you choose to opt out after Ballet 101.

  • Yes. Enrollment includes unlimited access to all general classes during your program.

  • Advanced 12-week programs (such as Pointe or Variations) offered to Premium Members who have completed the Beginning Ballet Journey or equivalent experience.

Age Policy + Studio Standards

  • Classes are open to dancers ages 16 and up. Select classes — including Sassy Stilettos, Burlesque, and Vertical Pole — are restricted to ages 18+ due to content and maturity level.

  • Yes. For safety, privacy, and the comfort of all participants, Sassy Stilettos, Burlesque, and Vertical Pole are strictly 18+ and require valid age verification upon first attendance.

  • All dancers — regardless of age — are expected to maintain appropriate, focused, and respectful behavior at all times to support a positive, inclusive, and professional environment.

  • No. The Dance Barre is an adult studio; our only exception is the private Teen Technique Series (by invitation).

  • All class schedules and registration links are managed through Recess and always up to date there.
