Lyrical Choreography Workshop

  • The Dance Barre 1865 Briarcrest Drive Bryan, TX, 77802 United States (map)

$30 | Free for Premium Members

Lines, lengthening, emotional expression — this workshop is about learning to move with intention. Together, we'll learn an original lyrical combination to Maybe by Sienna Spiro while exploring how storytelling lives inside music. We'll start with a warm-up and a guided listening exercise, reflecting on how feelings translate into movement, before building choreography that emphasizes expressive lines and a real connection to the music. Come ready to move with artistry.

About Tori Copeland: Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Tori is technically trained in ballet and modern with experience across a range of dance styles. She's taught ballet and lyrical dance for several years and loves sharing her passion for movement with dancers of all levels. Lyrical dance holds a special place in her heart for the way it blends ballet technique with emotional expression — a passion that also shows up in her work as a third-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology, working with children and adults.
