A 12-week program designed for adult ballet students who are ready to develop the strength, alignment, and technique required for pointe work. You don't just put on pointe shoes and go. The work that comes before them is where the real training happens.
The Pre-Pointe Adult Program is a dedicated weekly class that runs alongside your regular schedule, building the specific skills your body needs to move safely and confidently into pointe work. Foot and ankle strength, core stability, alignment, and articulation -- these are the foundations. This program builds all of them.
Spots are limited. A commitment to the full 12-week session is required.

Why Pre-Pointe Matters
Pointe work is one of the most demanding things a dancer can ask of their body. This program exists to make sure you get there prepared -- not just eager.
Each session focuses on:
Foot and ankle conditioning: Building the intrinsic strength and control that pointe shoes require, so your feet are doing the work, not the shoes.
Core strength and stability: The balance and uprightness that define pointe work begin long before you leave the floor.
Alignment and placement: Clean technique at every level protects you from injury and sets you up to progress further.
Flexibility and articulation: Range of motion that allows for fluid, expressive movement in the work ahead.
Register by May 24 to lock in the early bird rate of $155 billed every 28 days. After May 24, the program is $185 billed every 28 days.
Existing Dance Barre Members should contact us directly for enrollment details.

A readiness to go further.
