Lisa Perkins rediscovered dance as an adult—not for perfection, but for joy, peace, and connection. Though she started dancing young, she often felt her spirit outpaced her body. Returning to the studio later in life, she found her true rhythm in movement and community. As a teacher, Lisa creates space for every student to explore, celebrate, and step into their own power. Her classes are grounded in curiosity, self-love, and the belief that dance is a journey—not a destination.
